Instructions for use

MULTI DAY WOMEN 50+: Take 1 tablet per day. Preferably in the morning with breakfast. Adhere to the recommended dosage. MULTI NIGHT WOMAN 50+: Take 1 tablet per day. Preferably in the evening 2 hours before bedtime. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Store dry, dark and at room temperature (15-25⁰C). Keep out of reach and sight of young children.

Safety & storage advice

MULTI DAY WOMAN 50+: Not suitable for children under 1 year of age. MULTI NIGHT WOMAN 50+: Not suitable for children up to 10 years of age. Dietary supplements should not be used to replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a physician or health care provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a physician if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of the reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent.
