Instructions for use

MULTI DAY MAN SPORT: Take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning with breakfast. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years old, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Maximum EGCG dose is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. MULTI NIGHT MAN SPORT: Take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the evening 2 hours before sleeping. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 1 year. Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (15-25⁰C). Keep out of sight and reach of young children.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
