Vitakruid Magnesium 150 Bisglycinate (available in 90 and 180 tablets) contains magnesium in the form of bisglycinate. The binding to glycine ensures that the mineral is well absorbed by the body. Additionally, L-taurine is added. L-Taurine is a sulfur-containing amino acid present in the body, but unlike other amino acids, it is not used to build proteins.
