Folate is the natural form of vitamin B11 found in foods such as leafy green vegetables, legumes and avocado. Folic acid is the synthetic form often used in supplements and fortified foods. This supplement contains 5-MTHF glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®).

Vitamin K1 is mainly found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, while vitamin K2 is mainly present in fermented foods such as natto. This supplement contains both vitamin K1 and vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7).

Vitamin D2 is mainly found in mushrooms and yeasts, while vitamin D3 is mainly present in animal foods such as fatty fish and eggs. This formula contains vegan vitamin D3V®.

VitaCholine® is a form of choline as choline bitartrate. Choline naturally occurs in foods such as eggs, meat and legumes.

Lutein is a natural carotenoid derived from Tagetes erecta (marigold), a plant with yellow-orange flowers. Carotenoids give plants their yellow, orange and red color.
