Vitakruid Magnesium Sport (90 tablets) is a combined formula with three different forms of magnesium: bisglycinate, malate and tri-magnesium dicitrate. Each tablet provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium, distributed between these compounds. The formula is supplemented with zinc, L-taurine and vitamins B6 and B12. Thanks to the dosage of 1 to 2 tablets per day, the use is simple and flexible to adjust.

Magnesium is bound to different substances, such as amino acids or organic acids. This binding determines the structure of the compound.
These forms differ in the substance to which magnesium is bound: glycine (bisglycinate), malic acid (malate) and citric acid (citrate). This provides structural variation within a single formula.
Magnesium bisglycinate is a compound of magnesium with two molecules of glycine, an amino acid found in protein-rich foods.
Magnesium malate is a form in which magnesium is bound to malic acid, a substance naturally present in fruits like apples.
Zinc bisglycinate is a form of zinc in which the mineral is bound to the amino acid glycine.
