How much magnesium is in one chewable tablet?
Each chewable tablet contains 40 mg of magnesium as malate (11% Reference Intake), a well-absorbed form.
My child has difficulty swallowing tablets, is this a problem?
No, Magnesium Junior is a chewable tablet that is easy for children to take. The tablets can also be crushed so the powder can be mixed with a drink or yoghurt.
Can I combine Magnesium Junior with other supplements?
