Vitakruid Elite Post Workout Man (360 grams) is specially developed for men. It contains a mix of BCAAs, L-Glutamine, electrolytes, GABA, and red beet powder extract. The BCAAs are composed in a 4:1:1 ratio, with 5025 mg of L-Leucine, 1238 mg of L-Isoleucine, and 1238 mg of L-Valine per serving. Additionally, it contains 4500 mg of L-Glutamine per serving.
