Vitakruid Elite Post Workout Woman (325 grams) is a supplement for women, to be used during or immediately after training. It contains a mix of BCAAs, L-Glutamine, electrolytes, and green tea extract. Each scoop provides 7200 mg of BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine) in the optimal ratio of 4:1:1. Additionally, this supplement contains 4000 mg of L-Glutamine and 500 mg of green tea extract, red beet powder, and minerals.
