TruHeight Protein Energy Waffle (10 waffles) is a syrup waffle based on a protein blend (milk protein concentrate and wheat protein), enriched wheat flour, allulose and monk fruit. One 33 g waffle provides 5 g protein and 7 g dietary fibre, with 4 g sugars of which 4 g are added sugars. The waffle has a honey-maple flavour and is individually wrapped, making it easy to take with you on the go. Its compact form makes the waffle a practical protein source for in between, for example at school, during sports or on the road.
