TruHeight Growth Protein Shake Strawberry (400 grams) is a protein powder based on whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. One serving of half a scoop (about 13.33 g) provides 8 g of protein. In addition, the shake contains vitamin D (as cholecalciferol), calcium (as calcium carbonate), and magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate) per serving. Zinc (as zinc citrate) is also part of the formula, along with vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E. The shake also contains various B vitamins, including vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), as well as L-taurine, inositol, and goMCT® (medium chain triglycerides). One pack contains 30 servings at this serving size. The shake is prepared by mixing the powder with a liquid of your choice.
