TruHeight Hydration Mix Variety Pack (15 sachets) is a powder with, among other things, magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate), sodium (as Himalayan salt), supplemented with coconut water powder (Cocos nucifera) and sour cherry extract (Prunus cerasus). One serving of 1 sachet (5.7 g) provides 50 mg calcium, 75 mg magnesium, 300 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium, 1.5 mg coconut water powder and 480 mg sour cherry extract. One pack contains 15 servings (sachets) in the flavours grape, lemonade and blue raspberry. The powder is mixed with water.
