TruHeight Hydration Mix (15 sachets) is a powder containing, among other things, magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate), sodium (as Himalayan salt), supplemented with coconut water powder (Cocos nucifera) and sour cherry extract (Prunus cerasus). One serving of 1 sachet (5.7 g) provides 50 mg of calcium, 75 mg of magnesium, 300 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium, 1.5 mg of coconut water powder, and 480 mg of sour cherry extract. A pack contains 15 servings (sachets) and, at the recommended dosage of 1 sachet per day, lasts about 15 days. The powder is available in grape, lemonade, and blue raspberry flavours, and should be mixed with water.
