TruHeight Growth Capsules (60 capsules) contain calcium (as tricalcium phosphate), phosphorus and vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) in combination with a herbal blend. One serving of 2 capsules provides 300 mg calcium, 150 mg phosphorus and 20 mcg vitamin D. The herbal blend, with a total weight of 113 mg per serving, contains ashwagandha root extract, spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), L-arginine, L-glutamine, astragalus root extract (Astragalus membranaceus) and vitamin K2 (as menaquinone), among others. One pack contains 30 servings (60 capsules) and lasts approximately 30 days at the recommended dosage of 2 capsules per day. The capsules are easy to take.
