21st Century Kalos & Splendor H, S & N Extra Strength (90 tablets) is a comprehensive formula with vitamins, minerals and botanical ingredients. One serving of 3 tablets provides, among other things, 1,500 mcg vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate), 60 mg vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 25 mcg (1,000 IU) vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) and 6.75 mg vitamin E (as dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate). The formula also contains the complete B vitamin complex, including 5000 mcg biotin (as D-biotin), as well as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and manganese. PABA, inositol, a citrus bioflavonoid/rutin complex, horsetail powder (Equisetum arvense) and hydrolysed gelatine (collagen) are also included in the formula. The recommended dose is 3 tablets per day. The package contains 90 tablets, enough for 30 servings.
