21st Century Mega Multi for Men (90 tablets) contains a highly dosed formula with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, plant extracts and carotenoids in a daily dosage of 2 tablets. The multi contains, among others, vitamin C, vitamin D3, B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, selenium and choline. In addition, the formula contains ingredients such as Korean ginseng extract, saw palmetto, pumpkin seed, lutein and lycopene. The packaging is suitable for about 45 days of use at the recommended daily dosage.
