21st Century B-50 Complex (60 tablets) is a formula containing a combination of B vitamins. The tablet contains 50 mg vitamin B6, 667 mcg DFE folate (of which 400 mcg folic acid) and 50 mcg vitamin B12. It also contains 50 mcg biotin, 10 mg vitamin B5 and 124 mg calcium. The tablets have a prolonged release, which means that the active ingredients are gradually released. Vitamin B6 50 mg is a high dose. It is advised to use this only for a short period and under the supervision of an expert.
