21st Century B-100 Complex (60 tablets) is a high-dose B vitamin complex. One tablet contains, among other things, 100 mg vitamin B1, 100 mg vitamin B2, 100 mg vitamin B3, 100 mg vitamin B5, 100 mg vitamin B6, 400 mcg folic acid, 100 mcg vitamin B12 and 100 mcg biotin. The formula also contains 124 mg calcium. The tablets have a prolonged release. Vitamin B6 100 mg is a high dose. The advice is to use this only for a short period and under the supervision of a specialist.
