NOW Foods Vitamin D3 2000 IU (120 or 240 soft gels) is a high dose of vitamin D3 and has a positive effect on the immune system and contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin D3 promotes proper calcium levels in the blood, which is important for bone formation.
Vitamin D is normally obtained from food or produced by the skin from the sun's ultraviolet energy, but not everyone gets enough. Supplementation of vitamin D3 is therefore necessary for some people.

Not manufactured with ingredients from yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish or shellfish. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Instructions for use
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.
