Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and D3 (cholecalciferol) are both forms of vitamin D. Vitamin D3 is generally preferred due to its better effectiveness and stability.
No, this dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old. For children and young adults, products with a lower dose of vitamin D are recommended.
