Vitamin D3 10,000 IU (120 soft gels) prevents vitamin D deficiency for better overall health. NOW Foods vitamin D3 are highly absorbable liquid soft gels. The body needs vitamin D to absorb calcium, stimulate bone growth and promote dental health. Too little vitamin D can lead to fragile bones.
Many Dutch people suffer from vitamin D deficiency. We generally do not get outside enough, winter or summer, to produce enough vitamin D from sunlight. In addition, we often do not eat enough oily fish; the largest source of vitamin D3 in our diet.

Instructions for use
