Ingredients

Rice flour (Oryza sativa), vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), cholecalciferol (from algae), anti-caking agent (calcium salts of fatty acids).

Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule daily with a (fat-containing) meal and water. This ensures optimal absorption of vitamin D3. Suitable for adults and recommended to be taken with a (fat-containing) meal to maximize absorption. Stick to the recommended dosage.
