MethylProB-complex + 15 mg L-methylfolate

This product contains 15,000 mcg (=15 mg) folate and 55 mg vitamin B6 per daily dose, which is higher than the amount suitable for long-term daily use. Therefore, this product is intended for short-term use only (unless otherwise advised by your doctor). Please read the warnings before use.

Folic acid and L-methylfolate are two different forms of folate. Folic acid is a synthetic variant that is commonly used in fortified foods. L-methylfolate is a form that occurs within natural biological systems and differs in chemical structure from folic acid.
