MethylProB-complex + 10 mg L-methylfolate

This product contains 10,000 mcg (=10 mg) folate and 55 mg vitamin B6 per daily dose, which is higher than the amount suitable for long-term daily use. Therefore, this product is intended for short-term use only (unless otherwise advised by your doctor). Read the warnings for use.

Folate and folic acid are not exactly the same. Folic acid is a synthetic form that is often used in supplements. L-methylfolate is the active form used by the body and has a different chemical structure.

Choline occurs naturally in foods such as eggs, meat, fish, legumes, and some vegetables. It is often added to supplements in the form of choline bitartrate.

PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) is a substance that occurs in small amounts in food, such as liver, brewer's yeast, and whole grains.

Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 that does not cause the well-known ‘flush’ effect. Vitamin B3 is found in meat, fish, poultry, and whole grains. This form was chosen because of its neutral action in supplements.
