Ingredients

Vitamins, minerals, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent), Choline bitartrate, Citrus bioflavonoids, Inositol, Ashwagandha extract, magnesium salts of natural fatty acids (anti-caking agent), PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), Grape seed extract (OPC), HPMC (coating agent), glycerol (moistening agent).

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet daily. Preferably in the morning with breakfast, unless otherwise advised. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store in a dry, dark, and room temperature environment (15-25⁰C). Keep out of reach and sight of young children.
