Instructions for use

Take 2 ml daily (1 teaspoon), for children from 6 months, half the dosage.

Safety & storage advice

A dosage of >20mcg is not suitable for children under 10 years old. An opened bottle is shelf-stable for 4 months in the refrigerator. Store an unopened bottle in a dark place at room temperature. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store dry, in a dark place, at room temperature (15 – 25 °C). A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied and balanced diet, which supplements cannot replace.
