Instructions for use

2 ml (1 teaspoon) daily, half a dose for children 6 months and older.

Safety & storage advice

A dosage of >20mcg is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. An opened bottle will keep for 4 months in the refrigerator. Keep an unopened bottle dark and at room temperature. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store dry, dark and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C). A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied balanced diet, for which dietary supplements are no substitute.
