Vitakruid Fish Oil 1800 TG® Mama (30 or 90 capsules) contains a concentrated fish oil with omega 3 fatty acids in triglyceride form. Each 2-capsule serving provides 1206 mg omega 3, of which 900 mg is DHA and 180 mg is EPA. The formula is supplemented with vitamin D3 and vitamin E. The softgels are relatively small and therefore easy to take. This product is suitable for use when trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding.
