Solgar Chelated Solamins R Multiminerals (90 tablets) contains a broad combination of ten minerals, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, manganese, selenium, copper, iodine, and chromium. The minerals are partly present in bisglycinate form, where the mineral is bound to the amino acid glycine. This product is suitable for daily use and is delivered in a dark glass jar for optimal protection. Only three tablets per day, preferably during a meal.
