Vitalized Omega-3 Elite (90 softgels) contains a concentrated fish oil with omega-3 fatty acids. Each serving of 2 softgels contains 1430 mg of fish oil, with 570 mg EPA and 430 mg DHA (omega-3 fatty acids). The fish oil comes from Alaska pollock and is provided in softgel capsules made from fish gelatin. The relatively small capsules are easy to swallow.
