Jarrow Formulas B-Right (100 capsules) is a supplement with various B vitamins. It contains, among others, B12 (methylcobalamin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B3 (niacin), biotin, and folate. B vitamins are found in many foods and are part of a varied diet. This supplement comes in convenient vegetarian capsules.

Frequently asked questions
Vitamin B12 does not naturally occur in fruit or vegetables. It is mainly found in animal products such as meat, fish, dairy, and eggs. For vegetarians and especially vegans, vitamin B12 is therefore a point of attention.
This can be due to vitamin B2 (riboflavin), a water-soluble vitamin that the body does not store and excretes through urine. This can give urine a brighter yellow color.
One effect can be that a higher dose (>50 mg) of vitamin B3 (niacin) causes a temporary “flush”: a warm, red feeling in the face and limbs. This is harmless and temporary. One capsule provides 25 mg B3.
