What is the difference between vitamin K1 and K2?
Vitamin K1 is mainly found in green leafy vegetables and vitamin K2 in fermented foods. This supplement contains both, including the MK-4 and MK-7 forms of K2, which come from animal and plant sources.

Nattō is a fermented Japanese soy product that is naturally rich in MK-7, a form of vitamin K2. In Jarrow Formulas K Right, this source is used for MK-7, as indicated on the label.
