Per 1.5 level scoops, the formula provides 19.50 g rice protein isolate, including L-leucine, L-glutamic acid and the other amino acids from the complete amino acid profile of rice. The formula is enriched with an enzyme mix (peptidase and protease from Aspergillus melleus, A. oryzae and A. niger, BioCore® AminoTap) and zinc (as zinc citrate).
