Zinc (as zinc monomethionine and zinc aspartate), Magnesium (as magnesium citrate and magnesium aspartate), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), Rice flour, Vegetable capsule (cellulose, water), and vegetable magnesium stearate.
Instructions for use
Take 3 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Do not take with dairy products, calcium, or other minerals.
