Take 1 to 2 capsules daily during a meal with water. Follow the recommended dosage for optimal results.

Note: Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day because of the risk of hyperoxalemia (excessive concentration of oxalic acid in the blood), among other reasons.
