Magnesium (from 2,000 mg Magnesium L-Threonate) 144 mg 34% Magnesium (Magnesium L-Threonate) 2 g (2,000 mg) Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Rice flour, Stearic acid (vegetable source) and Silicon dioxide. Not manufactured with ingredients from wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or nuts. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Instructions for use
Take 3 capsules daily in divided doses (take 1 capsule during the day, preferably mid-afternoon and take 2 capsules one hour before bedtime). For adults only. Like other magnesium products, Magtein may initially cause drowsiness, drowsiness or headache. Reduce dosage, consult a doctor or discontinue use if conditions persist for more than a week. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
