How do I build a simple daily routine?
Keep it to two or three steps so you actually stick with it. Wash with Revita or Dandrene two to four times a week, depending on how oily your scalp gets. Towel-dry, then apply the leave-on serum to a dry scalp, parting the hair so it reaches the skin and not just the strands. Do not rinse it out. If you use two serums, most people apply one in the morning and one in the evening.
How long before I notice anything?

Are the Spectral.LASH and Spectral.BROW serums used the same way?
The principle is the same, the technique is not. You apply a thin line along the lash base or through the brow, once daily, usually in the evening on clean, product-free skin. Less is better: excess serum can migrate onto the eyelid and cause irritation. Lashes and brows have shorter growth cycles than scalp hair, so eight to twelve weeks is a fairer checkpoint.
