Ingredients

Fish oil-triglyceride concentrate (from anchovies), fish gelatin (softgel capsule), humectant (glycerol), purified water, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract).

Instructions for use

Take 1-2 softgels daily with a fat-containing meal with water. For pregnant women 1 or 2 softgels per day, depending on diet and omega 3 status. Breastfeeding women and adults 50 years and older 2 softgels per day. Adhere to the recommended dosage.
