Instructions for use

Children from 3 years: 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) per day with a fat-containing meal. Adults: 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) per day. The oil can be taken neat or mixed into cold drinks or dishes. Adhere to the recommended dosage. A 5 ml measuring spoon is included.

Safety & storage advice

Store unopened packaging at room temperature. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and use within 3 months. The additional daily intake of EPA and DHA combined should not exceed 5 grams (approx. 4 teaspoons [=20 ml] Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg).
