Fish oil, lemon flavor, antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol-rich extract).

Instructions for use

Children 3 years and older: take 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) daily with a meal containing fat. Adults: 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) daily. The oil can be taken pure or mixed with cold drinks or dishes. Adhere to the recommended dosage. A 5 ml measuring spoon is included.

Safety & storage advice

Store unopened container at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months. The supplemental daily intake of EPA and DHA together should not exceed 5 grams (approx. 4 teaspoons [=20 ml] Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg).
