Take 1 tablet daily with a meal with water. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Not suitable for children up to 10 years of age.

Note: The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable when used concurrently with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and fenprocoumon). These drugs are also called vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by intake of vitamin K from food and supplements.
