Vitals Every Day Mama Tablets (60 tablets) is specially developed for women with a pregnancy wish, pregnant women, and women who are breastfeeding. This multi offers a combination of beta-carotene, a responsible dosage of vitamin A, responsible dosages of B vitamins in biologically active form (including folic acid as Quatrefolic®), an extra high dosage of vitamin C, choline (VitaCholine®), ample amounts of calcium and magnesium from a natural source (Aquamin®), and high dosages of vitamin D3 (Vitamin D3V®) and K2 in stable form (K2Vital® Delta).
