Vitals Every Day Mama Tablets (60 tablets) is specially designed for women with a pregnancy wish, pregnant women and breastfeeding women. This multi offers a combination of beta-carotene, safe, low-dose vitamin A, responsible doses of B vitamins in biologically active form (including folic acid as Quatrefolic®), extra-high doses of vitamin C, choline (VitaCholine®), ample amounts of calcium and magnesium from natural sources (Aquamin®), and high doses of vitamin D3 (Vitamin D3V®) and K2 in stable form (K2Vital® Delta).

Ingredients

Minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, molybdenum, manganese, copper, iodine), filler (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), vitamins (C, E, B3, B5, D3, B2, B6, B1, K2, A, folate, K1, biotin, B12), choline bitartrate, rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), citrus bioflavonoïden complex, glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropylcellulose), Dunaliella salina, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal with water. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Suitable for use throughout pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation.

Dietary supplements should not be used to replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a physician or health care provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a physician if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of the reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent. Note: The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable when used concurrently with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day considering, among other things, the risk of hyperoxalemia (excessive concentration of oxalic acid in the blood).
