Vitals Every Day Mama Tablets (60 tablets) is specially developed for women planning for pregnancy, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women. This multi offers a combination of beta-carotene, a safe low dose of vitamin A, responsible doses of B vitamins in biologically active forms (including folic acid as Quatrefolic®), an extra-high dose of vitamin C, choline (VitaCholine®), generous amounts of calcium and magnesium from natural sources (Aquamin®), and high doses of vitamins D3 (Vitamin D3V®) and K2 in stable form (K2Vital® Delta).

Ingredients

Minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, molybdenum, manganese, copper, iodine), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), vitamins (C, E, B3, B5, D3, B2, B6, B1, K2, A, folate, K1, biotin, B12), choline bitartrate, rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), citrus bioflavonoid complex, glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropylcellulose), Dunaliella salina, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Suitable for use throughout the entire period of planning for pregnancy, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a doctor or healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Keep the product out of reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent. Note: The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants like acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day due to, among other things, the risk of hyperoxalemia (an excessive concentration of oxalic acid in the blood).
