Ingredients

Minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, molybdenum, manganese, copper, iodine), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), vitamins (C, E, B3, B5, D3, K2, B2, B1, B6, A, K1, folate, biotin, B12), choline bitartrate, Q10, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), citrus bioflavonoid complex, mixed tocopherols, lutein, meso-zeaxanthin, glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropylcellulose), Dunaliella salina, zeaxanthin.

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet per day with a meal and water. Stick to the recommended dosage. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (legally required warning for products containing more than 20 µg vitamin D per daily dose).

Safety & storage advice

The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants like acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medicines are also known as vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K from food and supplements. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a doctor or healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Keep this product out of the reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
