Vitals Every Day Mama Capsules (60 capsules) is a carefully formulated multi for the period around pregnancy and breastfeeding. These plant-based capsules are supplemented with excipients from natural sources and contain beta-carotene, a safe dosage of vitamin A, and responsible dosages of B vitamins in biologically active form (including folic acid as Quatrefolic®). Additionally, it offers a high dosage of vitamin D3 (Vitamin D3V®) and K2 in stable form (K2Vital® Delta), specially designed for women who prefer capsules over tablets.
