Vitakruid Vitamin D3 & K2 softgels (90 pieces) combine two commonly used fat-soluble vitamins in one convenient capsule. Each softgel contains 25 micrograms of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and 40 micrograms of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7). The vitamins are dissolved in MCT oil, making intake simple. Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) is mainly found in green leafy vegetables and is primarily associated with food. Vitamin K2 (menaquinones) is found in fermented products and animal foods. K2 has different subtypes, with menaquinone-7 (MK-7) being a commonly used variant in supplements due to its longer presence in the body.
