The product offers four specially selected bifidobacterium strains for gut flora. Instructions for use

Usage for mother: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in approximately 100 ml of lukewarm water. Let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir well before drinking. Preferably take it on an empty stomach. Usage for baby: Option 1: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in approximately 10 ml of lukewarm water, formula, or breast milk. Let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir well before feeding. Option 2: Apply a bit of breast milk to the areola. Spread the contents of one sachet on the areola and proceed to breastfeed.
