What is the difference between psyllium fibers and glucomannan?
Psyllium fibers are extracted from the seed husks of the Plantago afra and moderately absorb water, forming a kind of gel. Glucomannan comes from the root of the konjac plant and has a much higher water absorption capacity, causing it to swell more.

Should I build up the use of Psyllium & Glucomannan?
