Vitakruid Iron Bisglycinate Mama (90 capsules) contains 30 mg of iron per capsule in the form of iron bisglycinate, supplemented with copper bisglycinate, beta-carotene, vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5-phosphate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and vitamin C (ascorbic acid). The formula is specially developed for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and is packed in a vegan capsule made from plant cellulose.
