Vitakruid GlucoSil Gel (150 ml) is a gel for external use, with a combination of glucosamine (sulphate), chondroitin (sulphate), MSM and organic silicon (methylsilanol) in a liquid blend. The blend consists of at least 2% glucosamine, about 1% MSM and 0.5% chondroitin. The gel is supplemented with essential oils of savory, thyme, wintergreen, common thyme, lavender and eucalyptus, and is easy to apply by massaging onto the skin. The recommended use is to massage onto muscles and joints 3 times a day in circular motions.
What is glucosamine?
Glucosamine is a substance obtained from shellfish shells or produced via fermentation. In this product, glucosamine is included in the form of glucosamine sulphate, where glucosamine is bound to a sulphate group. This salt form is widely used due to its stability as a raw material.

Chondroitin is a substance obtained from animal cartilage tissue, for example from cattle or fish. In this product, chondroitin is included in the form of chondroitin sulphate, where chondroitin is bound to a sulphate group.
