TruHeight Bone Growth Gummies (60 gummies) contain vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 (as MK-7) in combination with manganese (as manganese sulphate) and silicon from horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense). One serving of 2 gummies provides, among others, 100 mg calcium, 10 mcg vitamin D, 20 mcg vitamin K2, 31 mg magnesium and 20 mg silicon from horsetail extract. One pack contains 30 servings (60 gummies) and lasts around 30 days at the recommended dosage of 2 gummies per day. The gummies have a strawberry flavour and are suitable for vegans.
One serving of 2 gummies contains 3 g total sugars, of which 3 g are added sugars.
