Bone broth beef powder is a dried extract of beef bone broth. It is made by slowly boiling beef bones (sometimes also cartilage, marrow, and connective tissue) for a long time, so that minerals, collagen, and amino acids are released from the bone into the broth. The liquid is then concentrated and dried into a powder.
Mix the powder with water, soup or smoothies to your preference and stir until it is completely dissolved.
This bone broth powder contains 70% naturally occurring collagen.
This product is not suitable for vegetarians as it is made from beef bones.
