Codeage Teen's Daily Multivitamin (60 capsules) combines more than 25 vitamins and minerals in one formula, designed for young people aged 12 to 18. Each serving of 2 capsules provides, among others, 25 mcg vitamin D3, 750 mcg beta-carotene, 80 mg vitamin C and 150 mcg biotin. The formula also includes a bacteria and enzyme blend (1 billion CFU at production) with, among others, L. bulgaricus, papain and lipase. Furthermore, the formula contains a fermented fruit and vegetable mix of 50 mg, including blueberry, broccoli, carrot and spinach, supplemented with inositol, rutin, boron, lutein, omega-3, CoQ10, astaxanthin, lycopene, zeaxanthin and vitamin K2. The capsules are easy to take with water.
