Codeage Multivitamin for Men (120 capsules) combines over 25 vitamins and minerals in one formula. Each 2-capsule serving provides, among others, 20 mcg vitamin D3, 3 mcg vitamin B12, 150 mcg biotin and 45 mg vitamin C. The formula also contains a 400 mg fermented herbal blend, including organically fermented hawthorn berry extract, Panax ginseng extract, maca extract and cordyceps mushroom extract. Furthermore, the formula contains a bacteria blend (1 billion CFU at manufacture), an enzyme blend, omega-3 from microalgae and CoQ10. The capsules are easy to take with water. One package of 120 capsules contains 60 servings, sufficient for about 2 months with daily use of 2 capsules.
